The Talamex Portland Navigation Plotter is a high-quality, robust course ruler with a rotating full-circle compass rose to simplify the error-free entry and removal of courses and positions on nautical charts. This ruler replaces the classic navigation set and ruler. The long sides have an inch scale, the short sides a centimetre scale.
