- Free of shipping costs - standard shipping by DHL from 150€ gross order value of the purchased goods.
- Shipping costs of 5,- Euro - standard shipping by DHL up to 150€ gross order value of the purchased goods.
- Shipping costs of 8,- Euro - standard shipping via UPS.
- Shipping costs of 12,- Euro - express shipping - delivery by the end of the next working day at the latest if the order is received by 12h.
- Shipping costs of 16,- Euro - Express shipping 12h - Delivery at the latest by the end of the next working day if the order is received before 12h.

to: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Norway, Romania:
- flat shipping rate of 16,- Euro
to all other European countries and Turkey:
- Shipping costs flat rate of 28,- Euro
On request, we offer worldwide express shipping - please send a price request before ordering.
Dispatch of vouchers
We send vouchers exclusively by e-mail. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.
Delivery times
If no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be effected within 1 - 3 days in the case of standard dispatch, in the case of deliveries abroad, the delivery full stop will be 3 - 8 working days after conclusion of the contract, depending on the region (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays!
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
