The Portland navigation plotter kit with marine compass includes a high-quality one-handed navigation compass made of solid brass and a robust course ruler with rotating full-circle compass rose to simplify the error-free entry and removal of courses and positions on nautical charts. This ruler replaces the classic navigation set and ruler. The long sides also have an inch scale, the short sides a centimetre scale.
