Volvo Penta zinc anode ring VO 100, 100B, 100S for engine base, protects against electrochemical corrosion. This anode is easy to install and is fastened with stainless steel screws. As a material for sacrificial anodes, zinc is particularly suitable for salt water and brackish water, while aluminium and magnesium are preferred for fresh water.
