Ultraflex, steering & steering cable M58 for outboards

The Ultraflex steering cable & steering cable M58 is used to transmit the steering movements of the T67 steering head to the outboard motor. steering head to the outboard motor. The robust cable is suitable for steering heads from Ultraflex, Teleflex and Morse and can be connected to almost all outboard motor models using an adapter. Suitable for the following steering heads: Ultraflex ®, T67, C230 / C231 Morse ®, Compac-T Teleflex ®, 805TX ® . An installation example is shown in the third illustration.

Select the length according to the boat dimensions: Add the right-angled dimensions A + B + C and add approx. 10 cm for each 90° bend. If the steering is installed on an outboard motor with a tilt tube, add an additional 30cm. Then select the next longer cable length.

Select the length according to the old steering cable: The length of the black cover + 56 cm. To obtain the length in feet, divide the result by 30.5 and round up to the next available length. Example: D= 305cm + 56cm= 361cm : 30.5cm = 11.8ft - round up to 12 ft
