The Spinlock pylon emergency light is a 23cm long SOLAS LED emergency flash with automatic triggering. The light is attached to the buoyancy chamber of the lifejacket using the Velcro strap supplied and can therefore also be retrofitted to waistcoats from other manufacturers. After inflating the lifejacket, the pylon rises and is automatically activated when the wearer enters the water. The advantage over alternative emergency lights is better visibility due to the height of the emergency flash - an important detail that can save lives. The function of the LED battery can be checked manually using a switch. Further details:
