Shipping costs & shipping conditions

Shipping costs within Germany:

- Free of charge: for collection from our warehouse
- Free shipping: for standard shipping with DHL from €150 gross order value of the purchased goods.
- Shipping costs: 5,- Euro for standard shipping to UPS Access Point (UPS Packstation or Shop).
- Shipping costs: 6,- Euro for standard shipping with DHL up to 150€ gross order value of the purchased goods.
- Shipping costs: 8,- Euro for standard shipping with UPS Standard.
- Shipping costs: 11,- Euro for express delivery - delivery by the end of the next day (Mon - Fri) at the latest, if the order is received by 11 am.
- Shipping costs: 17,- Euro for express delivery 12h - delivery by 12 noon of the next day (Mon - Fri) at the latest, if the order is received by 11 am.
- Bulky goods surcharge: 20 euros will be charged as a surcharge for products with excess length and weight

Shipping of vouchers

We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within approx. 1 - 3 days for standard shipping, for deliveries abroad delivery time depending on the region approx. 3 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). When placing your order, please note that there is no dispatch or delivery on weekends and public holidays!

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
