The Rapporteur GPS plotter from Topoplastic combines classic chart navigation with modern GPS navigation. It is specially designed to quickly transfer GPS positions and courses to or from the map. There are 2 prefabricated text fields for entering waypoint data with a marker pen and an integrated Rapporteur Topo navigation ruler in a contrasting colour with a rotating 360° rose.
