The Standard Horizon VHF handheld radio HX40E is an ultra-compact radiotelephone for marine and inland radio with a built-in VHF radio receiver. The waterproof radio has a transmission power of 6W and an intuitive menu structure. The ATIS number of the HX40 can be entered once by the user and country-specific channels (INT/UK/BE/NL/SW/GE) can be changed as required.
