Lindemann, shaft anode ball long, magnesium

Long spherical shaft anode made of magnesium. This sacrificial anode is mounted directly on the drive shaft and protects all non-precious metal parts of the underwater vessel such as the propeller, shaft or through-hulls from electrochemical corrosion. Magnesium as a sacrificial material is particularly suitable for use on inland waterways, in fresh water or brackish water. Further details:
