Sika, Sikaflex 291i joint sealant, 300ml

Sikaflex 291i joint sealant is a stable 1-component polyurethane sealant developed for boat and shipbuilding. It reacts to form an elastomer when exposed to air humidity. Sikaflex-291i is a versatile product for use in boat and shipbuilding and is used to produce elastic and vibration-resistant sealing joints in interior and exterior areas. Sikaflex-291i has excellent adhesion to the main materials used in shipbuilding. Suitable substrates are wood, metals, primers and paints (2-component systems), ceramic materials, plastics (UP-GFK etc.). Sikaflex -291i must not be used for sealing plastics such as PMMA, PC, etc. that are susceptible to stress cracking. We recommend using Sikaflex-290i DC for sealing the joints between bars, and Sikaflex 292 for bonding. Once hardened, Sikaflex-291i can be sanded without any problems. Product features:
