I ordered the boat shoe for my husband due to the lack of availability of the Sharx water sports shoe. After some initial scepticism, as it is - as the name suggests - a "slimmed-down" version of the water sports shoe, my husband was pleasantly surprised. We had an initial problem with the size selection. The usual size, which was also measured according to the table, initially seemed too big for us, as the shoe has a very long 'nose', meaning it appears very long on the foot. However, as the cut is quite slim, this is compensated for and is not noticeable when wearing the shoe. Drawback: unlike the Sharx water sports shoe, the fastening is not a stacked Velcro fastener, but a strap always has to be pulled/threaded through a buckle; it is therefore less comfortable to put on than the Sharx water sports shoe. My husband has also only been able to test this shoe so far when the sun is shining brightly. Ventilation of the feet is very good thanks to the many openings. The fact that this "Lite" version does not have an extra insole is not a disadvantage either. We even suspect that water (if there is any) would drain away even better - but this is just speculation and has not yet been tested. Conclusion: the look is not quite as nice as the \"luxury\" model model (see above), but it is also slightly cheaper in terms of price (although it should still be significantly less when comparing the two types). They are a little more difficult to put on, but are also very comfortable to wear. If the stock of the size selection allows it, we would prefer the Sharx water sports shoe.

Great shoe for standing & co. It would be even better if there was a men's and women's version. The length fits well, but for me as a woman it might not be quite as wide. Hence the one point deduction. But it certainly fulfils its purpose. And I haven't found it anywhere cheaper than here.
