Volvo Penta ring anode Z-drive 110S lower gearbox made of magnesium protects the Saildrive model 110 from electrochemical corrosion. Four holes for mounting. Magnesium is particularly suitable as a material for sacrificial anodes for fresh water and brackish water, zinc is preferred for salt water.
