The Flojet pump strainer Pumpguard is a filter to protect drinking water systems or bilge pumps from contamination and damage. The filter is available in connection sizes 13mm (1/2") and 19mm (3/4"). The Flojet pump strainer prevents debris from clogging the hose and prevents debris from entering the pump and blocking it. The 20 mesh (0.2mm) stainless steel filter screen can be easily and quickly checked and cleaned using the transparent screw cap. The filter has standard hose connections for easy installation of 1/2‘ or 3/4’ hoses.
